Ok, so this is a new one for me....I started my cycle on 8/1, and then today I started spotting.....what gives? And don't say implantation spotting since we are tntc.

How long have you been getting pp AF? Are you charting? How long are your cycles and are they regular?
Some people spot in conjunction with Oing, or you could possibly be having a short, anovulatory cycle if you just recently got your PP period. Also, if you've had sex recently, your cervix could be more irritated from hormones and the spotting could be caused by that.
Suddenly my life doesn't seem such a waste,
It all revolves around you.

Cycles returned back in April and they've been fairly regular since. We're old people here - haven't had sex in at least a week and we did use protection when we have done so. Not charting yet....I want to but I need to find a thermometer that lights up or something to signal it's done since the beeps are out of my hearing range. Taking temps when awake isn't a big deal since I can see the thing flashing as it's reading and then change to a steady number when it's done.

Yeah, I know......figured someone here has had a wonky cycle before. I'm 99.99% sure I'm not pg so I didn't want to ask on a board full of ttc gals. Since the spotting has moved to be more like a regular period, I'm going to go with ITK's idea of an anovulatory cycle. It just would be the shortest cycle I've had in memory.
