Since we haven't had a hypnobabies post in a while I figured I would post.

What tracks are you still listening to if you are still pregnant?
Any tips of anyone still pregnant?
How did you hypnobirth go?

    I've been listening to the deepening track, fear clearing, and come out baby. I should alternate some hypnotic childbirth 1 & 2 in there as well..

    @Elbug‌ your story really encourages me! I hope that I am able to release control like you did. I think that's one of my hang-ups, because my first birth was so chaotic, and I want this time to be peaceful and calm. I have to accept that it will be what it will be. I hope that I am at least calm enough to be aware of my baby's descent and movements. I would think that feeling would be amazing to experience!
