Blood work came back positive for Hep C

I'm not sure the genotype or if it's chronic or not but I'm very worried. Google tells me the chance of my baby getting it are slim to none but I'm still worried and looking for some feedback from moms who've experienced this. Does baby contract the infection? What is delivery like? Does C-section reduce any risk? I have an appointment Monday, just trying to ease my mind until then. Thank you
