What are you doing to get pregnant? Just temping right now - hoping DH doesn't get the nasty cold I've had
Rant/Raves/Chart Stalks: I woke up yesterday just before 5 - on my own? So I temped because I seem to be a 3 hour person. Today, awake at the same time... geez. I know that one day next weekend I will be up at about the same time. I usually temp at 6:30 - should I change it up to 5 for this cycle?
GTKY. I would like it to be around 76 all the time. Sunny is good but a chilly day with rain here and there would be perfect!
Edit to AW - We booked a cruise last night!! It will be a 7 day in the beginning of February (we have insurance but it's in the allowed zone now) and we will be going to Turks & Caicos, which will be a new place for DH and me but it will be DD's first cruise! I'm so excited. Even better... the ILs are paying for one of us and DD so it's dirt cheap. They even said they will keep her at night so we can go do adult stuff. This is gonna be so excellent - I can't wait!!!

GTKY: What would be your ideal weather? If tornadoes weren't a factor (I live in the deep south), it would be fall. I love 70 degree weather.

If not for the humidity I would tell you to come to NC - the weather is as perfect as it gets on the east coast! I'm from Jersey as is the girl who did my hair last night... we were talking about the merits of living here and how great of an area it really is. If not for the lack of beach, it would be ..well, perfect!

GTKY: What would be your ideal weather? carolina fall...50's at night and 70's during the day. though in carolina, "fall" only lasts about 3 weeks. you basically go directly from summer to winter and back around here.

Rant/Raves/Chart Stalks: I have a family reunion today and it'll be the first time I've seen most of them since our wedding in May. I'm waiting to see how many times I'm asked if I'm pregnant yet or if we're trying, especially since I'll only be drinking water because I'm not drinking alcohol and then driving an hour home. Our agreed upon response is 'when it happens, it happens' but I'm not afraid to come back with a smartass response either (depending on who's asking of course) Might have to stop and pick up a bottle (or two) of wine for when I get home.....
GTKY: What would be your ideal weather? Anything below 70% humidity and no mosquitos. Gotta love living in the south

Rant/Raves/Chart Stalks: Got a definite + OPK this morning... the day after I was pretty sure I ovulated. I'll get the hang of this some day. I think my temps are all effed up because I'm temping orally and there doesn't seem to be ANY pattern at all (if anyone is curious: https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/51508f), but interested to see if there's a spike in the next few days. Also hoping it's SOON because if my cycle follows it's normal pattern then if I don't ovulate soon I'm going to have a 10 day luteal phase and I don't love that
GTKY: What would be your ideal weather? 75ish and sunny, perfect for being outside all day. I do love those late summer super hot days (for swimming) followed by a cool night (for a fire), though!

What are you doing to get pregnant? TTA this month but still all the things.
Rant/Raves/Chart Stalks: Totally not TTGP related, but DS has been sick all week and finally, finally slept through the night again last night. Unfortunately, our neighbors threw a party that lasted until 5 a.m. Fuck you very much for the broken beer bottles on our sidewalk, the spectacular bitch fight at 3 a.m. and no sleep at all. Most of the time I love living in the city but every once in a while I wish we lived where there were no other people.
GTKY: What would be your ideal weather?
I can’t pick. I like seasons. Spring and fall are my favorites – I love the clothes and the air and the new flowers and the leaves. Summer is grand as long as there’s a body of water or pool nearby, otherwise the heat can blow me, and winter is lovely when there’s actual snow and not just freezing temps and gray slush.

Rant/Raves/Chart Stalks: stupid cycle. Totally thrown off due to early O & AF this month. Getting really sick of all of this scientific bs. Why isn't it working?!?
GTKY: What would be your ideal weather? I am so spoiled by where I live in So Cal! 70 degrees & sunny most of the year. But I miss beautiful spring days we had when I was growing up in NY. The kind when everything would start blossoming and there was a tiny bit of dampness in the air.

What are you doing to get pregnant? The norms, now that everything has settle down. It’s FW, hopefully DH will be on board for our ED plan!
Rant/Raves/Chart Stalks: My temps have gone back down so it seems my body had a fluke and like I thought, I have not yet O’d. I am glad I am somewhat in tune with my body!
GTKY: What would be your ideal weather? Around 68, sweatshirt weather.

@drylheisnberg-for 2 or 3 cycles I had to adjust my time because my body wasn’t sleeping normal. Then I would temp and sleep just fine.
@sammic217-I too am going to a family reunion and am waiting for the same experience. Good luck!
@jamsey-your cycle length is determined by when you O, not a set number of days. So if you normally O on say CD 14 and have a 13 day LP your cycle will be 27 days but if you don’t O one cycle until CD 23, it doesn’t cut your LP down, it lengthens your cycle to 36 days with a 13 day LP. That is why you may think you are late but temping lets your know different.

What are you doing to get pregnant? I thought I'd try green tea and pomegranate juice this cycle. Then I discovered I don't like either one, so I got Lipton Citrus Green Tea and mix a little Pom in it and it's pretty good. I don't know that doing it this way will work, but it's worth a shot.
Rant/Raves/Chart Stalks: Woke up early this morning and had to pee really bad. Went back to bed but couldn't sleep, so about an hour later I temped and it was much higher so I had to throw that one out. Good thing it's still early and doesn't matter yet.
GTKY: What would be your ideal weather? October. It's too hot in the summer, too many tornadoes and allergies in the spring, and too cold in the winter. I love fall and October just has the best weather!

GTKY: What would be your ideal weather? 68-70 with a slight breeze. I am in MN now and I do enjoy the four seasons after living in So CA for 15 years with one season pretty much all year.

Rant/Raves/Chart Stalks: I keep getting 97.7 as my temp... ALL THE FREAKING TIME. Maybe it is... maybe my thermometer is a piece of crap? I had two OPKs yesterday that were soooooo close in color. I swore today would be my O day. And the line is lighter. And my temp stayed the same. I thought just MAYBE the Metformin was working out?? I am starting to get discouraged....
