NCDR : Why can't I make my siggy work?!

I hate the bump siggy problems.  

If I go in through the "community" tab (where you see the list of all the boards), and click on "my profile" > "settings" > "avatar & signatures", it'll let me post the URL from my ticker, but no matter how many times I click save, login and logout of the bump, it won't show up.  (In the past, if I clicked save like 5 times and the logged out and back in, I could see it).

If I just click on the little person symbol on the top right of most pages (says "account options" if you hover over it), and then "signature settings", it'll let me post the URL, but then when I go back and look at a post I've written, all I can see is that link all written out (not the ticker).  I tried the HTML code and the non-HTML code that the bump provides - same thing happens both times.

I'm about to throw my computer across the room.  It shouldn't be this hard.  Someone please tell me what to do!

Yep, got mine fixed, too, thanks to TJ. Mine wouldn't work by pasting the URL into the big, obvious box. I had to paste using the special paste icon. I feel like a dork that it took me so long.
