Agreed with all PPs... If it's a closed system, you can try reselling or donating. If it's an open system, maybe a family member or close friend would want it. I don't know a whole lot about electronics recycling but now that most insurance covers breast pumps, reselling/donating these machines aren't as easy as it was before.
My sister gave me her medela BP. She also suggested when I am done having babies to donate the pump to a local church or a woman shelter, mother support group, or donate to a teen mothers center in the inner city who can't afford one but could use it. As long as it is clean and good working condition than you feel good to give another woman a helping hand. I agree about not buying new replacement parts.
