First appointment

So, I had my first appointment today with my ob/gyn which was uneventful. I know we have some experienced mothers on here, but for those who are working on baby #1, I figured I would share my experience!

I completely understand why most doctors wait until a little later to see you because there was nothing to do today.

Doctor did a quick physical exam to feel for any changes in my uterus, but said he really didn't feel anything at this point because it is so early. He had me give blood for testing and scheduled me for an ultrasound in two weeks. No urine sample or anything which I was sorta surprised by, but I should have the blood work results by Monday/Tuesday.

It was great to be able to steal his ear for a few minutes and ask some questions but overall it was pretty...bleh. Not much to talk about until he has confirmed my pregnancy.

Thatttt was pretty much it haha I had my husband take off work to come with me and now I feel kinda bad about it.
