Am I going crazy

My worst bout of MS happened this past Sunday! I had Sunday Monday & Tuesday to rest. I had a light work day Wednesday so I still felt ok going into yesterday. Yesterday I worked my tail off and started to feel so sick and have been sick since late last night. Am I crazy in thinking I could be overdoing it right now and it's leading to MS being worse?
