2 cameras on a monitor

I have summer infant video monitor. If i add a camera, do i hear both kids at same time at night?

Not sure about your particular monitor, we have a Motorola and we plan on adding a camera for the new baby. I read somewhere, maybe on Motorola website, that the monitor cycles every so often from one room to the next ( ours I think every 8 seconds?) so yeah at the latest we will hear a crier 8 seconds later. Check your manufacturer's website or email them a question.

Probably not.  I have a summer day and night monitor with two channels.  I have to switch the channels to hear each room.
