How much should I get pumping?

I'm going back to work next week and I'm worried about not pumping enough to sustain breastfeefing, which happened when I went back to work after dd. So I was wondering how can I tell how much lo eats since he only nurses. I can say in the few times he's taken a bottle, he's eaten 4 oz and I typically pump 6 to replace the feeding. Does that mean he should be eating 6 oz at each feeding to match the pumping session? He will be 4 mo next week. Thanks!

My LO has 4 x 4 oz during her time away from me, but my supply is poor. You might be ok with 3 oz bottles.
