I wouldn't be offended, unless there was some history of her being unsupportive of your pregnancy. I think it was meant to be funny, I have a kid already and didn't find it offensive at all.
It would depend on my relationship with the sender. From my best friend or sister, I wouldn't be offended at all. From my MIL, who is always trying to make some jab at me, I would take issue.
I don't think it is all that funny or well written but there isn't anything offensive to me there...I feel like this has been written by about a dozen other bloggers and the others have done it better. But other than that, not offensive.
Ok she's a joking type so I'm thinking it was just to be funny. Thanks guys! Some of them sounded just funny and silly, but some like the CDC one i'm thinking, uh oh that's totally me.
I sent this to my BFF who's also expecting with the tag line, "OMG, I'm totally numbers 3-6" or something like that. My friend is the hand sanitizer police, so for both of us, it was just funny, but like others said, what is your relationship like with the sender. Is she more the passive aggressive type?

As other PP's have noted - it would depend on the relationship. If you're close or very amicable, I'd take it as funny and not be offended - if she's critical of you or tends to be judgmental then that my be different.
