My 11 month old cries then laughs then cries

She started doing this a few days ago.  She starts to laugh, then cry, then throw a fit, scream, then laughs again.  What is going on?  She is teething (no teeth yet), she might be a little constipated, no fever. Anyone else have this happen?  Not sure if there is something wrong with her that I can't see.

LOL….sounds like my baby!  Thank you for the reply.  I do think she is testing limits and my reaction.  the insane description fits her perfectly.  I will just wait it out and try not to give in to her!  Have a great weekend :-)
