Abnormal abdominal xray

I'm sorry if this is a bit scattered, new mom lack of sleep I know you guys can relate!

My son was having vomiting and diarrhea and not keeping down food yesterday, so per advice we brought him to the ER, he got fluids for dehydration and they ordered bloodwork and an abdominal xray as a precaution. Bloodwork was great, xray not so much. They didn't seem overly concerned but there were parts of his intestines? abdomen? that were gasless which is out of the ordinary. They recommended seeing my pediatrician the next day and getting an abdominal ultrasound. We saw his pediatrician today who didn't seem overly concerned, but noted the report indicated they were more concerned about kidney issues. My Level II ultrasound at 20 weeks was fine, but I did have oligohydramnios and he was very low birth weight due to severe IUGR. We had the ultrasound done today and I'll be calling for results tomorrow, if you all could just send a thought or prayer I'd really appreciate it. I'm sure everything is ok, but we all worry about our babies when something could be wrong.
