baby boy name question...

So I think we have decided on the name Evan. However, after mentioning the name to a friend she pointed out that both my name and DH name also start with an E. She said that if we have another child after this and don't give them a name that starts with E they will feel left out or something??

Do any of you agree or is she just crazy and I don't need to worry about this...

Don't worry about it, go with the name you love (now and when choosing names for any future DC).

I agree with her.  I've had a couple friends who have the same letter first names give their child a name with the same letter and it always comes across as cheesy.  Maybe I just have a bitchy group of friends, but we all talk about it.

Ignore her. DH and I have both have J names and DS also has a J name. It wasn't on purpose, we just loved the name. However, if and when we have a 2nd LO we will NOT be using another J name.
