@megan81112 I didn't say you couldn't post your opinions, I said I never asked the question!
If I want my baby to be well read and smart, I will ask for books. If you think it's tacky, that's your problem. So don't act like you're better than me just cause I wouldn't take you seriously. I can say what I want and I can take whatever advice I want.
I don't think it's wise to leave your baby in a day care, but I'm not critiquing moms for making their own choice. So if you're gonna post an opinion, you should be prepared to have it rejected-without insulting the person who rejected it. That's all I'm saying.
Yes, I will have the shower of my dreams. You got it!
Hahaha I always call this the Pregnancy of my Dreams. When I'm mad DH won't do exactly what I want I whine at him that "this isn't the pregnancy of my dreams!"
Every girl also deserves the baby shower of her dreams. Mine involves being showered with millions of dollars in cash and gift cards to uber high end department stores while running naked through a field, shrieking gleefully at the wonders my friends and fam are bestowing upon me. Just trying to find the right way to word this on the invitations. Don't hate.
The shower of my dreams: a month long vacation at Disney World with just dh ds and my family.... Lots of food and then all my presents can be shipped home so I don't have to deal with carry-on luggage
BFP 1: 9/19/11 , DS born 5/28/12 @ 41 weeks
BFP 2: 11/8/13, NMC 11/27/13 @ 8w4d, we love you sweet baby!
I finally thought on one, I know late in the game... But...
I really want to send this LO to an expensive French immersion school when it gets older but my husband isn't convinced. I just want them to speak two languages!!
@amiej1227 same here, except I want to live a year in another country so baby can also get a taste for a different culture once he's about 4.
I would move to another country and I know my husband would be interested too. We did our master program in Scotland and didn't want to move back. We would just have to find jobs. But the economy isn't great in other countries and the jobs they do have, have to be filled by their countrymen first unless they can prove otherwise.

Or
"Wahhhh u are so mean! This is NOT the pregnancy of my dreams!"
Create a registry of just books.
You're welcome. Good night.
