Good luck! There really is not much you can do at this point to influence the outcome. Some people eat pineapple core for the bromelain, but honestly, to get enough bromelain to have any real effect, you'd have to eat a LOT of pineapple core. That said, there's no harm in trying, as long as you like pineapple
As a heads up, the ladies on this board are, by and large, doing IVF. You'll find more people in your situation over on the Trouble TTC board. The ladies there are awesome, and have a wealth of IUI knowledge.
