What kind of material are these bags made out of? Is it like normal backpack material or a foam material?

    We got the penguin today. It is so cute. We got home and he showed it off to his stuffed penguin. It is tiny... But should work well for a change of clothes for preschool and carrying his snacks when we go out. :)
