Nora Katherine is lovely for a girl. I have a Charlotte, so that's technically my favorite but it's becoming so popular and the nn Charlie gets under my skin.
I don't care for your boys names - if I had to pick it would be Alexander John.

Hazel May: Love Hazel, not sure about May... I sorta like Hazel Grace better
Grace Katherine: I dont like Grace as a first name and I dont think it flows
Evelyn Katherine: love evelyn...not sure about Katherine... Evelyn Harper?
Blair Katherine: meh... I knew a Blair growing up that was a boy so it doesn't work for me
Harper Rose: love Harper...this has a nice flow to it
Nora Katherine: Love the name Nora... Katherine is just a little meh for me for no real reason... Nora Christine maybe?

Griffin Ryan: Love Griffin and the nn Finn...dont like it with Ryan (to many in's) Griffin Alexander?

Asher John: I like Asher... I'd prefer Asher Jonathan

Jackson Alexander: too popular right now... but if you go with this I like the spelling over the other variations i have seen (like jaxson)
Xander John: this is a cool name... I have a weird aversion to John as a middle name... Xander Ryan sounds better IMO

And then for boys I like griffin (a guilty pleasure name that I'm sure I'll never get to use). And then ackson because I love the NN Jax.

Hazel May and Josephine Rose are my favourite girl names. Abel Alexander and John Alexander are my favourite boy names. I'd scratch Harper Rose and Maddox John and add Georgia May and James Alexander.

Nora Katherine and John Alexander are my favorites from your list.  You can't go wrong with classic and timeless.

The only ones I like are Josephine Rose and John Alexander. 

Many of the others were rejected because of the predetermined NNs. (ie Charlie for a girl, )

Just a note, the NN's are just ideas, definitely not absolutes, we intend to use full names almost all the time, and any NN's would only be around the house/with family on occasion.

My favorites from your list are Charlotte, Nora, Harper, Maddox, Griffin, and Asher. I really like your list! My absolute favorites are Charlotte and Griffin.

Nora and Asher are my faves. I like Charlotte but not the nn Charlie. Harper is actually starting to grow on me as well. I know several guys named Blair so I don't see that name as feminine at all. On the boys side, I would actually find a little John very refreshing. I like Finn in its own, but not Griffin.

In general I like your girl names so much more than your boy.  I love Nora Katherine, but don't love the fact that it seems likely your name is also Katherine.  That's very much not my style.  I really like Abel and Griffin from your boy names.

I'm not a huge fan of Harper or the nn Charlie.
I love Blaire and Josephine/Josie.
Boys:
I love Abel and John Alexander!
I like Finn as a stand alone name.
I can't stand Maddox followed by Xander.
I don't mind Xander as a nn for Alexander.
Asher is another favorite. Jackson is nice but very popular.

Love Hazel May!!!!! For boy think I'd choose Xander or Maddox personally. Not a fan of Griffin for some reason.

I like Josephine Rose, I also really like Evelyn and Grace, just not sure if I like them paired with Katherine.
For boys I love Abel and Asher, and I like Griffin too.
I'm not a fan of Charlotte or Jackson purely because of popularity.

Hello there! My name is actually not Katherine, just Kate. While I suppose that Katherine in the middle name spot could serve to honor me as the mother it is actually after a great aunt.
