Thoughts on Rosalyn/Rosalind

I went to a highschool with a Rosalind (have also seen the variation Rosalyn) and always thought it was a pretty name... what are your thoughts? Maybe as a middle name?

yea, I was thinking people may pronounce is RO-sa-Lynn too if its spelled that way...

Rosalind is very pretty and strong.

But I live in Northern VA, where there's a neighborhood called Rosslyn, which is what Rosalyn reminds me of.

I also agree with mj--Rosalie is awesome.

I love Rosalind (this spelling), partly because of the Shakespeare reference.

Rosalyn is a town near me, so that's all I think of when I see it spelled that way.

I don't like it but I really hate all rose names. Not sure why, I just hate rose and all other variants. The one I can tolerate is Rosalie.

I love Rosalind. Rosalyn makes me think of President Carter's wife. Rosalie is a sentimental fave in my family.
