So, out of the list of high risk have you let LO try any?
So far he's had egg without problem. I thought about trying strawberries last night but he already was getting alot of new things he hadn't had (onion, bell pepper, garlic). No tree nuts yet although I don't avoid eating them so he gets it through BM.
What other things has your LO shown an allergy to?

Its a surprise! Team green!
I first gave him a bite of egg out of my burrito at about 6 months 2 weeks. After that I just kind did what tara did for about a month. Cooked omlet style and cut in strips. Now I just scramble and let him pick up the pieces to eat it.

I hear ya. MH gets home about 7:30 on the nights he works. I'm lucky if I don't have a screaming baby by that time of night. Baby gets up at 6:30 to go to daycare and only naps maybe a total of 1-1.5 hours. I usually have trouble even making a meal on those days because he is so cranky by the time we get home that he needs almost all my attention or he will be screaming.
