Merry Tuesday Ladies!
Last week:
This week:
Goal:
Are there any summer activities you feel you need to pack in before it's fall?
And the leaderboard!
Our leading ladies are tied up with 11 weeks!
@ItsStackie - 9 miles for the month isn't too far off your mile a day average goal! Keep up the good work! @kdc2007 - Hope starting PiYO has been going well! @phishgirl29 - Hope your recovery continued/s to go well and you took it sufficiently easy at the gym! @Pitchslap - I love that your 5ks were the same course to make the comparison so easy! Hope having your ILs in town isn't too terrible (though with your MIL, I'm not sure how my well-wishes will really help). @tiffletons518 - I think you win the most hardcore award for last week between running while sick and shitstorm cleaning!
10 weeks for @WorkInIt - I hope your new treadmill is rocking!
8 weeks for @WasNotWas - Keep on rocking that weight-loss lady!!
With 3 weeks -
@calikat80 - Awesome week last week! I hope this past week was equally as good! @mshuky - I love your reward system - definitely sounds motivating!
With 2 weeks -
@Lizzybizzy80 - Good luck on your next dietbet! I didn't know you could *win* money too! That's extra awesome! @RedCherry1109 - Maybe you made your 1st goal? If not you must be suuuuper close - woohoo!
And a warm welcome to @nikel13 - Hope your little black dress challenge is going well still!
Re: ~*~ Tuesday's Getting Healthy Check-In ~*~
This week: much of the same. DH is away so I've been doing a ton of stroller walks and playground trips with O.
Goal: tone up!!
Are there any summer activities you feel you need to pack in before it's fall? Swimming! Due to my surgery, I haven't been able to swim and it's killing to me. I'd love to go layout/swim and have a beer, but all that is hard with a one year old. One day...
Next week: step it up both running and better eating. Ran today so that's good. Long run this weekend is 16 miles, eek!
Goal: marathon (and body to look like I could run a marathon!)
Summertime: POOL! we have one and I try and swim laps whenever I can, which is like never. Haha. Also lots of outdoor running and hiking. I run and hike in the spring and fall (and sometimes winter too) so swimming is the sport du summer for me.
This week more of the same but it will be tougher because I have a conference and then alone with B for a three day weekend.
Goal is to keep losing weight and inches. I've lost about ten lbs in 5 weeks. I eye the store windows in the mall but haven't bought anything. I may buy something from Carolina Herrera or Ralph Lauren when I reach my goal.
No more summer, I've reached my limit of sweat, thigh chafing and bugs.
Last week: only ate restaurant food twice and only drank twice. Lost 2 lbs (well 1.3, to be precise)
This week: keep the 2 a week thing going, it's totally reasonable (just realized I haven't had McDonald's in a month!). I need to get some workouts in as well.
Goal: if I can lose 4 lbs in the next two weeks I will have lost 20 lbs by Labor Day, 30 lbs is the goal (53% complete)
Summer activities: we haven't been to the zoo this summer yet, and they have a pretty dope splash pad that shuts down in the "winter". hmm...and running through the sprinklers, I hope Ty gets walking in time that we can run through the sprinklers in the summer!

I walked a few miles last week
This week has started off slow again but LO seems to be back on his schedule so I'm starting to walk while his napping
To Feel Better about My self!
Question- no, we did a lot this summer and ready for fall to be here!
