High Pubic Arch?

At my 30 week OB yesterday I was checked for the first time, and my doc mentioned that I had a high pubic arch. I didn't get a chance to ask him what this means as he started talking about something else right away. Does anyone else have experience with this? What does it mean - am I at increased risk for C section? I don't really care how my little man comes out as long as he's healthy, but just wondering.
