Hi! Just a short intro. I'm 38 soon to be 39, getting married in 2 weeks(first time for us both, he's 42)
We've been together 6 years. Gonna start ttc #1 ASAP.
I am normally on 26 day cycle, last cycle I had a 18 day cycle. Got ovulation kits , started testing at cd10 and then had a surprise- cycled AGAIN at day 14! Never happened before, hope to blame it on wedding stress! :)
Will see how it goes this month!

    Welcome!  You may want to consider reading a fabulous fertility teaching book, Taking Charge Of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler, and/or consider learning about charting your temperature, cf, cp and utilizing OPKs.  I'd suggest you looking at site fertilityfriend as many here utilize the online tools, and charts.  The site enables you to watch your fertility signs, and then confirm ovulation based on thermal shift of your Basil Body Temperature.  I wish you well!

    Welcome, and congrats on the upcoming wedding! I am getting married in 3 weeks on Sept 6th! :D

    We are also going to start trying asap (like on our wedding night/during honeymoon).

    Are you charting? If not-- I would definitely do that to see what your body is up to.

    Welcome!  If you have another short cycle, I think it might be worth a visit to your doctor for bloodwork, etc, to see what might be going on.  (Actually, that's probably a good idea for anyone TTC at our age) :)

    December 2014: IVF #1.  Microdose Lupron protocol.  9R, 9M, 9F.  3 5-day blasts transferred 12/15. BFFN.
    April 2015: IVF #2.  Microdose Lupron protocol.  16R, 15M, 12F. Transferred 2 5-day blasts 4/12 and froze 4--BFP!  M/C 5/25/15
    August 2015: IVF #3.  14R, 13M, 11F.  Froze 5 blasts for CCS testing.  3 normals.  FET planned for 10/2015.
