Anyone have any good exercises for the big girl? I am really working on losing some more weight, I have some trouble with the treadmill after about 20 min I am just whooped! I will take a break and go back for another round but I need some other ideas to mix it up! Its easier for me to do something indoors (since its usually dark once I get home from work when I have more energy to work out) and something not high impact (dont want to disturb my rents the floor below me) Sit ups are just impossible I have tried forever to do them (I am pretty much all belly). I havent ever tried yoga either (willing to if you have suggestions though!) Thanks ladies I really appreciate it in advance

A lot of experts say that interval training is really the best for weight loss - so go as hard as you can on a treadmill or running for as 1-3 minutes than walk as a rest for a few minutes until you feel you can sustain a burst for another 1-3 minutes.
I do hot yoga and enjoy that - I like activities where I work up a sweat so regular yoga didn't do it for me. It wasn't for me personally, but I know a lot of people who swear by zumba, and there a lot of at home videos for that.
If you're interested in some diet tricks, my husband and I have been on a green smoothie thing for almost 3 months. I make smoothies with just greens (spinach, kale, lettuce) and frozen fruit that we drink for breakfast and lunch most week days. I actually find them filling (especially with a vegetable protein powder thrown in) and tasty! I'd be happy to share some specific recipes if you're interested.
I just try to sneak some stuff into my regular day.
