8 mos preg with twins and just fell down stairs!

I feel LOs moving like normal, and I'm not hurt, just worried. Has this happened to anyone else and how worried should I be?

I fell down the stairs at 7 months pregnant with my singleton. I called the OB and they sent me to L&D for a NST. They said "You'd be surprised at how well protected babies are in there." Everything was fine. Well, other than the fractured elbow! But the baby was perfect.

But as we all know, it's a different ballgame with multiples. Depending on the severity of the fall, I would either head to the ER (if you're feeling the babies and not hurt yourself, this may not be necessary) or call the OB ASAP. At the very least they will send you for a u/s and NST. Better safe!

Sorry about the fall and I hope everything is ok! So scary.

I would call your OB and I would want to go in to check on the babies and their placentas.

I fell face first in a parking lot at 7 months. I was ok and so were the babies. They are pretty snug in there, but like suggested, call your OB for peace of mind. Sorry

I would get checked out just to make sure. I hope,you and the babies are okay. That sounds like it would be scary..... it's actually one of my fears as I am really clumsy.

When I fell they said there is a possibility that your blood and the babies blood could mix, I just needed an early rohgam shot because of my blood type and it turned out everything was fine. Better safe than sorry though.
