I'm going Wednesday to talk to my dr about our plan going foward. He has been very passive when I try to ask about more testing.
He said that he is open to a PGD discussion. Also I am going to have an endometrial biopsy before my next FET. I have 6 embryos and I want to know that other than the biopsy is there any other testing or a different protocol I can ask him about? Anything different that can be done in a FET?
The only "issue" we have had is on our first retrieval, only 1 embryo made it to an early blast, the others arrested on day 3. Our second fresh cycle we did a 3 day transfer and froze the rest on that same day.
My Dr didn't seem too concerned about it but i certainly was.
Any suggestions for questions to ask are very appriciated it.

PAIF/SAIF Welcome!
So far I have no testing other than the basic. We were both also tested for genetic disorders or to see if we were carriers of any. Would that cover blood clotting disorders?
I am definetly going to ask about the nk cell testing.
Normal fertility testing doesn’t cover clotting disorders most of the time. They normally won’t even do that until you have suffered losses
When we did IVF we had 20 mature eggs and only 3 fertilized. Our doctor suggest ICIS for the next round to get better numbers, but we were lucky and all 3 grew to day 3 which we transferred all 3, resulting in 1 baby.
I would suggest asking about the ICIS ( it looks like you may have done it for some, but maybe do it for all), and maybe asking if there are different medications he thinks could work better to help you produce more eggs. Maybe also ask if they has seen any issues with lining or anything that could cause the embryo not to implant
Also, I would try and get them to go to day 5 if you do another fresh round, as those have much higher success rates than day 3
I don’t know where you go, but if you have a shady grove fertility near you, it may be worth the switch. They were amazing
In regard to what to ask--I would tell your doctor you are requesting ICSI your next cycle. I would also ask for SCSA (Sperm DNA Fragmentation) testing. I would also ask to have Karyotyping on both you and your DH. I agree with @lacy67 you should have some basic autoimmune testing, such as NK cells, in addition to blood clotting disorders.
I think it would be worth your time to get a second opinion. Who knows, maybe it is a lab issue that your embryos arrested. It’s hard to say, but a second opinion can give you another perspective.
Good Luck!!
