I really hope T didn't give up naps today!

Last night T slept over at my parents because I had an early Dr appointment so it was just easier. Well after my appointment I get a call from my dad that the little man woke up at about 230 and then kept my mom awake until about 5 am, then he was up for the day at about 630. Usually he doesn't wake up until 8 or later. Well I picked him up at about 10 and he was definitely getting tired already, I had a few quick stops and then he was out in the car, got him home and back to sleep. For like 10 min. Then I hear something fall down, he made his first escape from his crib and was playing outside his room. He would not go back down even when I tried to lay with him. So I ended up just putting on a movie so he could at least just sit, and I needed to rest! I'm really hoping its a fluke I am not going to be a happy momma if he won't nap once we bring the new babe home!

Poor babe and poor you. I'm sure it's just a random thing. E has days like that from time to time. A cold, teeth, something emotional, who knows. Hope you both get some rest.

I hope it was just a fluke for your sake! I've noticed G's naps at daycare are getting shorter and at home, he doesn't want to nap at all. Last weekend he didn't get sleepy enough to fall asleep until 4pm! I'm afraid we are heading in the same direction.
