Satatic nerve maybe

Ok so for the past 6 hrs or so my right thigh on the outside is numb feeling and very very cold all the way fromy hip to my knee. I haven't been doing anything out of the ordinary and I have been taking it easy..... He's very active and has been moving around like crazy but could this be Satatic nerve problems and the way he's laying? Just was wondering if this type of thing has been going on for others.

I think you mean sciatic. To be honest, I avoided reading your post because I thought you meant 'satanic' and I was not wanting to enter THAT discussion! LOL

As for the sciatic nerve, it's actually located deep in your butt cheeks on both left and right. What you're describing could be a nerve issue, but doesn't sound like the sciatic nerve. All sciatic nerve issues I have had and have heard of overs having involve nerve pain in the buttocks that usually needs to be stretched or massaged out.

Not sure if that would be the sciatic or not, but if it turns out that it is, go see a chiropractor stat-- i promise it will be the best money you have spent during your pregnancy! I had horrible sciatic nerve pain when pregnant last time and it always started behind my knee and extended up to my butt. This time I had a tiny bit of the start of pain, and my Chiro fixed it right away. Look for a Chiro that is trained in Webster Technique-- it's specially designed for prengnacy and infants hope you find some relief soon

Me too! I called my dr today and the nurse told me that if it's still like this tomorrow that I should come in... But I should rest more..... That's all I do these days tho and drink fluids.
