NTTCALR - Ummmm, what happened to my avatar?

I know some of you have mentioned problems with profile pics recently, but I wasn't paying very close attention (clearly). My avatar in my thumbnail is suddenly a blue background with daisies. When I click on my profile, though, it is my normal cartoon avatar. What the heck?
