How long is your 4 month old sleeping at night? I think I need to move the bottle first in BT routine. It seems to be only way getting him back to sleep but I really don't think he's hungry by way he's sucking. He was up 5 hours after BT bottle so I fed but hopefully that's it for the night. Usually 1 night feed but much later in night. He's 19 lb!!

DS was 17lbs at 4 months since about 10-12 weeks he has been sleeping 7pm until 4/5am. We wake him up every 3 hours to feed him during the day he gets 5 bottles a day he eats 5-7oz per bottle.

A 5 hour stretch is considered sleeping through the night. My LO is 8 months and his longest stretch is only 4-4.5 hours.. And this just started in the last week or so.. I think you're fine. All babies are different. And they won't STTN until developmentally ready.
