Well, she didn't really eat my homework. However, I finally understand now that it can be a valid excuse! Take a look at what my PITA furbaby did this morning. What is the most destructive thing your fur-baby has done?

edit: I had a very frustrating morning! Trying to share some laughs!

75% of our condo has hardwood floors. Yet EVERY TIME the cats need to barf, they will do so on the carpet. Sometimes we see a trail of barf that clearly started on a hardwood floor, and then they were like "OH NO! NEED TO FIND RUG STAT!" and the rest of it will be all over the carpet.
Fortunately, every time one of them has ever peed outside of the litter box it has been either in the shower (best case scenario) or on the wood floors (not great, but better than soaking into carpet).
They also destroyed an overstuffed chair and ottoman...it was a hand-me-down from my mom, and made of nubby fabric, so they apparently decided it was too much like a scratching post to ignore it. They have literally never clawed at anything else, other than their actual scratching posts, ever. Just that one specific chair.

This thread was made for me. My animals are all destroyers! When my oldest a female beagle was a puppy she only chewed up laptop cords. She chewed up mine and my mom's twice. Those things are so freaking expensive. Especially for an 18-year-old broke college student. My boyfriend's Great Dane has completely eaten our couch. It's an older not awesome couch though, you can literally see the bite marks in it, all over it.
My cats however are the real assholes. My kitty Sue, destroyed things all the time. He loved anything that would make a mess! Especially paper towels!
Unfortunately, he passed away. We got a pound kitty to keep our other cat company. Two days after we got him, I woke up to this.
He destroyed a bag of bedding for the rabbit. I can't count the number of times I've come home to a torn up house! So people can believe me when I say that I truly love my animals and the fact that I haven't strangled them proves it!

Oh is this your cup? I like it better on the floor. Is this used to wipe your bum? I like it better as confetti. Were you trying to sleep? Half of my food is gone, feed me!

But she has destroyed a roll of tape, just the cardboard, the rest stayed in tact. She has a thing for cardboard - silly pup thinks toilet paper rolls are a treat). She also has destroyed two pairs of fuzzy boots, numerous flip flops, insoles, and a pop can. I'm sure there's more, but I am forgetting them now.

Our dog destroyed a mattress in our guest room when we left him in there when we thought it was too cold to leave him outside. The first day we did that, he was fine. The second day...giant hole in the mattress. To this day when he walks into that room with me and I ask him, in a completely normal, upbeat tone, "what did you do, Gus?" He puts his head down and walks out.
We were warned that our other dog was a counter surfer and would eat undies and other objects lying around. Luckily, she hasn't done anything like that! Though she sniffs my bag very suspiciously when I get home from work.
They and their puppy friends have completely destroyed our backyard though.
When H got home, he couldn't even be mad because he said he would have done the same thing if I left him alone with bacon.....

Before we got smart though (when she was still relatively young) she did chew up a pair of my glasses! I was so pissed! Aside from that it's been the random flip flop here and there.... Oh and she chewed the bottom out of a box of milk bones to get to the bones one time!

My sheltie steals and licks dirty underwear.
My little girl likes to eat the aglets off of anything that has one (shoes laces, hoodie strings, etc.)
Bourbon (the medium one) likes to open our mail for us if we don't do it in a timely manner.
Leo the geriatric Italian greyhound is too good to poop outside, and has been since he was four, the douchebag.
Five dogs = five ways to question dog ownership.
@aztecash DH worked at an emergency vet for a while; tampons are dog killers, it is CRAZY. Dogs LOVE them, but between the strings and the absorbent material, the dog doesn't have a chance...

However, the worst thing is that he broke through the glass in windows. Multiple times. Because I had no way to contain him without risk of injury, I gave him free run of the house while I was gone....he would find a window he could reach and just sling himself at it. Thankfully he never injured himself, but it was such a stressful time trying to find a combination of training and calming methods to help him (and keep me from going insane!)
