I don't like the phrase "May or may not have." Either you did, or you didn't.
I use it as a joke... when I say it, I definitely did it! ;-)

My Wedding Bio from back in the day
I hate it when they make a big deal about a curvy woman on the cover of a magazine even if it's positive. Yeah she is not your average skinny model and you don't have to comment specifically just because she is not. I feel like it makes it that much more obvious. We are not embracing beauty in all sizes if we go out if our way to all it out EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!
Do you have the freestyle? Because I hate it too. Had much more love for the PISA. I had to call Medela the other day because a part broke and mentioned how much I dislike this pump and she suggested I see a LC for a "lesson". Not to toot my own horn, but this isn't my first rodeo. I'm fairly certain it's not user error.....the pump sucks!

Nope. PISA. I used an Ameda Purely Yours which I know people hate lately but mine was from 2011 and I loved it. It just was having some hard times so I got worried it was going to give out and leave me stranded so I got my "free" one through insurance. I have used it this week and am not impressed.
It's noisy, I don't care for the lack of speed settings and the default (i.e. not let-down speed) is too fast for my liking but I can't do a thing to change it, and when I adjust the suction during pumping it sometimes acts weird. Plus the let down speed lasts for too long IMO. I'm not getting as much milk either, which I think is because I can't adjust it to pump the way I want it to. I may just keep it here JIC and bring back my Ameda until it dies or LO hits 12m and I don't have to pump period.
I would've been pissed if I had paid the $250 or whatever this thing retails for these days.

when my old Ameda died when I was using it to EP for my 2011 baby, they were great about replacing it. Can you contact them to see if that's possible even though it's been a few years?
@firefly9 - I didn't even think to contact Ameda because it's old but I guess it wouldn't hurt to call. Apparently I'm getting fussy in my old age and don't take well to change lol.

I kind of want to call them about mine because it's getting rickety so I can have a better back up. I love my Medela one, but do know what you mean about being able to adjust speed and suction easier on the Ameda.
Also, you mentioned the let down phase being too long--if you hit the button again, it'll stop and go to normal.
We had a campfire at the lake last weekend, but it was way too hot to enjoy it. I didn't even go outside, and still managed to get a few huge mosquito bites!

I guess my UOs are that I hate hockey - football, especially college football, is so much better you can't compare the two. And I'm devastated that summer is ending. Except, football.

Hah! I actually meant time-wise. Hasn't been a hot summer anyway -- it already feels like fall here! The leaves are turning.
Listen to us, discussing the weather like olds.
We'll be comparing hand creams next.
Hand cream is the. Worst. I'd rather have dry hands.
Nope nope nope nope. Dry hands or feet is the worst feeling EVER. Although my DH would agree with you. One of our labor nurses with DS1 suggested he give me a hand massage with some scented lotion...he said no....even in the throes of labor. That's some serious hand cream dislike right there.

Nope again! Dry inside of nose is the worst!!! Worst worst worst ever. Wasn't that a terrible pregnancy symptom? I vaguely remember but have blocked most of that out

My DH is ok with hand cream but hates lipstick, lip gloss and chapstick of any kind and will refuse to kiss me if I have that "stuff" on my lips.... yes, I married a five year old.
Re: UO Thursday!
+1 Its like a puzzle for me to get the most space utilized. I reorganize the dishwasher when DH or MiL load... especially silverware.
Also, I got my eyebrows threaded last night and I enjoy the feeling. Plus the lady I go to is awesome and we laugh the whole time.

I feel the same way about hockey. I love it! I presume given your screen name and the fact you live in CO that you're an Avalanche fan?
