Anyone else w epidural side effects

I got an epidural and then had to get blood patch done due to severe neck and headache and when discharged from hospital I was fine. now a week later I hv started to get headaches and as of yesterday severe lower back pains, anyone else experiencing this? Will the pain go away on it's own!? What should I do?

I had a spinal (simlar to epidural) and i still am sore on the spot and its been three months.

I had a spinal/epidural but feel fine. I was sore for about 2 weeks but I'm 6wks PP and I'm doing great!

Yeah, call the anesthesiologists at the maternity ward (should still be covered under your stay if u need help). I had a spinal and a headache after that I did not get treated with a blood patch. The headache went away on its own after a week and a half but I did not have back pain after that.

I was only a bit sore where it was placed. The soreness lasted for about a week. I would call your doctor.

No back pain or headaches from my epidural, but I did experience a numbing/tingling sensation on my left thigh that, according to my anesthesiologist, is pretty common and lasted for my first two pp weeks.

I have the same numbing/tingling on my left thigh. Glad to know it is probably only temporary.
