I've been doing okay this week. Really I have. But I just got a text message from one of my best friends who got married in February. She is pregnant. I feel like I've been punched in the stomach. It took everything in me not to start bawling on the train home from work. And of course there are three pregnant women in my train car because why not.

So that's her, girl on my team in my office, girl on my team in a different office, and my best friend. All pregnant at the same time. What the actual Fuck? DH swears we're being tested by the universe and thinks we should become comic book villains...we have enough pain for a good backstory.

So yeah, I really need all your love tits and snark and Internet Hugs right now because I just can't today.

I have a friend who got married after us and already has a baby. I feel like she "passed" us in some way since they weren't married as long and got pregnant right away. Anyway, I know how you feel!

I don't have too many people I would consider "friends" and in the past year there was a point where 8 people were pregnant and 5 had babies under 1 year.  That is **literally**  (and i don't use "literally" for silly white girl exaggeration...I mean LITERALLY) almost every person I speak with or see on my Facebook page.  I follow very few people on FB now because I don't want to deal with cute baby overload.  They can just keep their cuteness until I'm KU.  

I say you follow your husband and become some amazing villain.  You've got the backstory, now what is your evil mission??

*****pregnancy/baby mentioned****** Sending some more creepy internet hugs.......if it helps any! I'm surrounded by pregnant women, at work, my neighbor that I see everyday and my other rude neighbor with a toddler. I get so angry!!!! Especially when I'm in the food store behind some girl in her PJs toting around a baby and using a food stamp card (I see that all the time) of course she has no problem getting pregnant. IF is so unfair!!!

Thank you again everyone.  I am feeling much better today.  DH made me meatball subs and let me watch all the Doctor Who I wanted last night so everything is looking better.  J

@catlover790 – DH and I have been married for 8 years so it’s really tough to keep getting “lapped” by everyone we know.  In just the last 3 years we have been to 5 weddings and 4 of those 5 women are either currently pregnant or have had a baby since.  It is maddening.

@BunnyBerry – I imagine I would be some weird Pied Piper type villain.  Except instead of just running off with people’s kids (just the cute ones!) I would also take their dogs (all the dogs!) because dogs are awesome and I’d like to have an even child to dog ratio.  And I also suppose the villainy would be centered around the taking of the kids.  Once I had them we’d like hang out on a child/dog farm all day and make friendship bracelets and watch Disney movies and go to theme parks.

@LindseyM2012 – I totally hear you.  FB is a fucking minefield for me right now.  I want to take a FB vacation but DH and I use the chat feature while I am at work all day and he is far too stubborn to learn new technology (gchat is not that hard to use fella).  See my response to BunnyBerry above for my villain scheme.  I will have to really think on it.  DH is an artist.  Maybe I can get him to draw me a supervillain character to share.  J

@rainbowbridge14 – BART was a shit show yesterday.  By the time I walked by the last of the line of pregnant women I actually threw my hands up in the air like “WHAT THE SHIT!”  But yeah, the traffic in this area is cray so it’s train or nothing.

@sugar4bri – Luckily I haven’t had them all come in on the same day but a couple of weeks ago is when I found out (within the same week) that 3 people were pregnant.  Maybe there really is something to things coming in 3’s?

@angelina2404 – YES!!!  Perfect super villain power.  Love it.

@AlaskaDee23 – LOL, on one of the nomination threads earlier someone nominated you for most supportive and said they loved getting your “Awwww buddy” posts.  Now I’ve got mine!

@gsancho – DH and I were walking in the park the other day and we saw a little old Russian lady hand feeding dog biscuits to a couple of raccoons.  We died.
