Am I Pregnant? (An unscientific poll...)

I had my period beginning July 29th so normally I would think I am educated enough to know that there is no way I can be pregnant. Like, I get that I am asking a super dumb question...so this is sort of just for fun!

I have been incredibly nauseated for almost a week, and have actually vomited twice. I didn't have this level of nausea or vomiting when I WAS pregnant! I also have been uber tired! Like pregnant tired. The tiredness just began so don't think it's just because I have a toddler and work FT. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. All scientific evidence tells me I am not pregnant. All evidence in my body makes me feel otherwise. Being pregnant right now WOULD NOT make me super happy so I promise I am not trying to convince myself I am preggers.

So what so you think? Lol!

  • Thanks a lot @CL8badB‌ !! (Not!)
  • @stargazer763 and @NaChelleBeck‌ gosh, I know how ovulation works! I said it was a dumb question - I know I can't actually be pregnant, but I feel so lousy that it was definitely a thought I had. I posted this sorta to be silly, but now kinda regret it because people are giving me actually advice!

  • @emazeem I in now way, shape or form intended to be rude or insensitive! I have never had a loss, so what I wrote didn't even register as something that might offend someone. I apologize that I might have caused hurt.

I have been feeling awful and totally pregnant, but it's basically biologically impossible for me to be pregnant. I knew this before I posted. I wanted to get everyone's opinions after a week of feeling like crap, but I knew that asking in a legit way would make me look uneducated and idiotic. So I decided to make a poll to keep it
lighthearted. I am not entirely sure I understand your point of view, but I trust that you know better than me on the topic of losses/IF because I have never experienced that. Again, I am sorry to you and anyone else that I bothered with this poll.
  • Sounds like a bad stomach virus. Sometimes they linger. I had one back in December that took like a week to fully go away. Vomiting, other stomach problems, dizzy, tired. Just try to get some rest, and if it keeps up, consider going to the doctor to see about dehydration from the throwing up. I had to get IV fluids when that happened last year.

  • I think you should post this on TTGP to get their opinion!

JK. Do NOT actually do that, unless you feel like trolling.

Thank you for apologizing and trying to understand the hurt that some people are feeling about this. I learned a lot about being sensitive to things like this after being on the TTGP board and experiencing a loss. I'm glad I learned to be more aware of people's struggles, and hopefully now you'll be more aware too! :)

    Also, not pregnant. Sorry.
