Sleeping...

Do you have to worry about your sleep position during the first trimester ?

Re: Sleeping...

  • I'm a stomach sleeper, and stopped when we found out we were pregnant in March. It started becoming uncomfortable as my body changed. So, I started training myself to sleep on my sides instead and more specifically my left side since it's more beneficial for baby and easier to sleep like that down the road. After a while, when you're bigger, the pressure can be annoying and uncomfortable if you're trying to sleep on your back.
