Looking for others who children run a slightly, on average higher temp then then 98.7 standard. What is it on avergae? How did you learn they run a little warmer than most, and what does your doctor say about this?
Or do you notice they run warmer in summer months only?
DD always feels warm to me but I don't regularly take her temp so I'm not sure what it is on average. And I've never brought it up to the pedi, I just assumed she was naturally a warm baby.
Ditto to the comments above. Our DS is, and always has been, a furnace, but I don't check his temperature that often to notice what the actual number is.
DS wakes up with a temp generally around 98.2. After daycare and before bed he's mostly around 99.6 - so he's about a full degree warmer than the "normal". After my son always being sick - I was just tracking his temps for about 2 weeks after just to see. I never asked dr about his warmer temps and never tracked in the winter. We keep the house cool at 71 degrees all day and night.
