You should consider it, not only will it give you a lot more insight to your cycles, but conductors will be able to answer a lot of your questions just by looking at your chart! Hey Bug, I'm jumping on board this morning.

Crazy level: 6

CD 30 / DPO ??

Can I just HAVE CROSS HAIRS already!?

My crazy: I thought we timed this cycle really well, but FF still hasn't given me CH. Thought I O'd CD 26. Left side cramps, +opk and EWCM. But when I fake a temp for tomorrow FF says CD29 with dotted CH.

CD/DPO: seven-freaking-teen  and I'm running out of OPKs.

Can I just ovulate already?!:

Signs/Symptoms: not a one

Explain your Crazy here: Just got back from my third u/s to measure follies and still no change. I have about three measuring around 10mm. He said if he didn't know my history, he'd say I have anovulatory cycles. Well, we know that's not true. Why on earth... the ONE cycle I take medicine to help me ovulate and I'm not even ovulating. In the 4 years that I've been tracking my cycle I've never not ovulated. Maybe it's just going to be super late. I realize this is small beans but I hate this process. It just drags on and on and I'm getting so frustrated. He said I can either try Clomid next month or just skip meds altogether. I think I'll opt for no meds and just see what happens. 

ETA: He drew blood today to check my estradiol and fsh.

I'm mobile so I can't see your chart. Just remember that dotted CHs mean FF is not sure.

Follies can grow around 2mm a day so you may be only five days away from O.

YorkieLove83 I think you're right, not FF. Based on what you're describing and your positive OPK, it looks like you O'd on CD26. I think you might just have a slow temp rise. FF is really just a best guess given the information that you give it ... it's not perfect, that's for sure. It just gave me dotted crosshairs this morning and I haven't even O'd yet (and I'm sure of it, lol). I think it looks like you timed this cycle really well. Fingers crossed for you!

goldengirl84 That has to be very frustrating. I'm sorry. ((hugs)) I know what it's like to be a late O'er and it's no fun. It's not uncommon to have an anovulatory cycle once and a while ... if it's been four years I suppose it's certainly possible this is one of them or your body is just taking a bit longer than usual to O, for whatever reason. I hear you about running out of OPKs. Sometimes it takes me two boxes to catch my surge. I can't offer you a lot of advice on Clomid, other than to say that I took it for many cycles back in my twenties and remember it being miserable, though it did help me ovulate (I didn't O on my own). Good luck whatever you decide. Hoping you get some answers with your bloodwork.

Can I just ______ already?!: Just waiting to O but I know it's several days out (Of all my tracked cycles, I never Oed before CD19)

Signs/Symptoms: Watery CM which is the part that's making me a little "crazy"

Explain your Crazy here: Usually at this point in my cycle, CM is thick/sticky/whitish. But it's been clear and watery. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to accurately track CM since we are having sex pretty frequently. I think the sperm is messing with my ability to get a good read on what type of CM I'm having. Anyone have any advice/insight into tracking CM while there's obviously some other "stuff" up there as well??

mpiemont It can be hard telling CF from semen, but there's a couple tips for you. You can always do the water test - put a glob of it in a glass of water and watch, if it balls up and sinks it's CF and if it floats and kind of disapates, then it's semen. True EWCF should stretch a couple of inches, whereas semen won't and will often look more whitish than true EWCF. I've also read that semen absorbs into toliet paper whereas EWCF does not. Hope this helps - waiting to O is so hard, isn't it?

Well, I hit an all time crazy high over the weekend (peeing on OPKs 3 times/day, staring at FF several times a day, I was a 10/10!), but we were out of town so I wasn't on the train!

Crazy level from 1-10: back down to a 7...ha!

CD/DPO: CD18 - O day is likely today!

Can I just ______ already?!: stop peeing on OPKs and start peeing on PG tests instead

Signs/Symptoms: FINALLY got a positive OPK today!! They were negative all weekend, and then I got a slightly darker one yesterday a.m. Today it was blazing! Temp was up this morning too.

Explain your Crazy here: I typically ovulate later (range anywhere from CD18-25). The cycle we got PG I ovulated at my earliest time ever (CD16), and I was hoping that my follicular phase had shortened. But it looks like I'm a CD18 (or more) O'er. Here's a link to my chart (data wasn't too consistent the last few days because we were out of town): My Chart  I think our timing will be good if I continue to have a temp rise confirming O was today. I'm fairly certain that I O within 12-24 hours of a positive OPK. And now a whole new period of waiting begins (my first TWW since our loss - [-O< )

@YorkieLove83, I agree with PP that you are right and FF is wrong. I typically have a slow temp rise too. FX'd!

@goldengirl84, that's sounds so frustrating I'm a late O'er too, so I can relate to the crazy! Hopefully those follies will get it together in the next few days. hang in there!

@mpiemont, I can relate. I usually start to get watery CM at least a week (and sometimes up to 10 days!!) before I O. Just keep up a consistent BD schedule and you should be pretty safe leading up to your actual FW.

jennadesigns &MrsPhD83 I think you're right. There's no way I O'd CD29. Is it worth it to override and put my own O line in? 

@goldengirl84 , @mpiemont Fx y'all O soon! I use 1 OPK a day until they start darkening a little then I'm a 3x's a day girl! Pee sticks everywhere!! Lol

YorkieLove83, you could give it a few days and see if it corrects itself (with more data, it may recognize that you O'd closer to your +OPK/fertile CM). Although, sometimes I have a "Go home FF, you're drunk!" moment and insist on putting in my own line. No harm, as far as I'm concerned

@YorkieLove83‌ - wait for FF to do its thing. Remember that if it is wrong and you did O earlier, forcing your CHs to move will not change your actual timing or anything.

I'll check your chart when I get home and let you know what I think about the CHs

@goldengirl84‌ - it is very common for clomid to delay O -very, very common. Try not to stress too much.

@mpiemont‌ - looks like Jenna gave you good advice on the CM front . FF also has some good tutorials on that. You might also consider tracking your cervical position if you feel like CM is not being reliable.

Hi ladies I just downloaded the fertility friend ovulation tracker. I'm feeling extremely overwhelmed. I entered basic info but I know I won't get true insight until I start temping. I'm still confused on how to read the chart but I'm going to keep watching the tutorials. According to the chart I should take a pregnancy test tomorrow since I'm 18 DPO..... The thing is that I took one yesterday and I got a BFN.

Explain your Crazy here: I am just completely crazy. I took a test this am fully aware it would be neg. I just like to pee on everything. and FF and I are in an argument- I am 90% sure I o'd on cd 20 and ff says 21. which I hope ff is wrong because we didn't dtd on cd21, because mr tog was tired of having sex apparently. longest 2ww ever. I am just going to keep peeing on wondfo's every am. it doesn't make me feel any better or worse. so crazy

Of course you can hop aboard!

It's okay if your timing does not include O day. Red posted something (maybe it was just from her smart brain) that stats show O-1 is actually the best day. Also, never forget that sperm are pretty tenacious and can live for up to 5 or 6 days.

Your chart looks good and if you want to pee on a wondfo daily, go right ahead

Without temping, it's hard to say with certainty how many dpo you are. If you were only using OPKs or other signs, they only tell you that you are gearing up to O, not that you actually did.

Okay @yorkielove83 - I think FF will end up moving your CHs to CD28 but I think it's picking CD29 based on you still having CM (even if not the most fertile) and what your temps are doing.

Don't manually move your CHs. Let FF do it's thing. If you really, really believe it is CD26, you mentally can base when you test off of that date. Just remember that moving your CHs to where you want them will not change your actual timing. FF is just a guide to help you confirm that you did, in fact, O.

Thanks @buggirl7 I'm gonna do more research on CM. I'm not sure if it was CM or leftover stuff like PP's have said. I might take the S CM off, I'll play with it tonight.
