So no one else on earth knows that I'm TTC at 42 years old, well other than my hubby lol! In all honesty he doesn't want to hear about my worry and feelings about my ability to conceive at my age. Says it's a downer and I'm taking the fun out of the whole process.
It's our 3rd cycle TTC and last cycle i thought for sure i was pg because my body just felt different. When my AF arrived i was shocked! I had the heightened smell, felt warm all the time, fatigue etc. But no baby bean
I have 7 more days until AF is due and I'm constantly evaluating my bodily functions. Checking position of cervix, cm, temperature etc.... For any sign of pg! Well I feel totally normal!
even though I have already ovulated I continue to test with my opk because I have heard opk can give a positive reading if pg. So all in all I spend my days and nights reading all kinds of things on the Internet and evaluate and look for any possible symptoms. I feel nothing and I'm driving myself crazy!!!!!
Thank you all for listening! I have no one else to share this with do again thanks!

My BFP Chart
I'm sorry about the stir crazy feelings. They can be a nightmare. I had them too. I found it easiest to try and keep myself busy. When I wasn't working or busy, was when my craziness really hit. Good luck! Hopefully this will be your last 2WW.

My Ovulation Chart
I think charting a couple of cycles would be a good idea, just to verify that your timing is right, but I have to respectfully disagree with the statement that it's fun! If you're feeling a little obsessional, charting out your 2WW is just likely to add an additional layer of crazy. The luteal phase chart interpretation game is a bit of a bummer, in my experience. Also, there's a lot of disagreement as to whether implantation dips are actually a thing. Here's a summary/defintition, but you definitely don't have to be pregnant to see a temp drop in your luteal phase. I did most months when I was charting, and I obviously wasn't pregnant.
I hope you get your BFP sooner rather than later, but even if you don't, the good news is that the madness does start to dissipate. Obsessive Googling, chart stalking, and symptom-spotting all just get kind of boring after enough cycles. Hang in there, and good luck!
