failed my 1 hour glucose test :(

Totally not happy but what can you do, I have the 3 hour glucose test the 26th. I hope I pass that one, if not then I will go from there. But little man is growing right on track and has a great heartbeat I didn't put on any weight in the last month either. It was very weird you schedule my next 3 apts since going to every two weeks now!  I hope everyone nice day!

I hear a lot of people who fail their 1 hour pass the 3 hour. Hopefully you'll be one of them!

I have herd the same so I am staying positive, but if I dint I would just do the things I need to do to stay healthy this pregnancy thank you!

I failed my 1 hour test, I have a 3 hour one booked for Thursday. Fingers crossed for you!!

I am doing the 3 hour test right now - totally not as bad as I expected. It's a total of 5 blood draws, I have 2 more to go. They put me in an exam room by myself with a lounge type chair to relax and hang out. I am listening to music on my phone. Don't seeat, the test, just do it and get it over with! You are lucky to get a room to your self.  I had to sit in the waiting room with a timer.  Didn't help that I started to feel ill and had to lay on the floor of the waiting room to keep it down the first hour.

My 3 hour test is tomorrow.  Will be nice to have 3 hours by myself but not really excite to be sitting in a waiting room for those 3 hours.  DH isn't looking forward to it either since he's home with our 2 and my daycare 2.

I called my doctor's office yesterday - had my test last thursday and the receptionist told me that I had failed it. My result was 8.0 - but then she said that the doctor will discuss the results at my next appointment, which isn't until next Thursday - I'll be 30 weeks then....shouldn't they be wanting to see me sooner, or booking the 3 hour test?

They called and told me too schedule it with in the next couple of weeks, I'm not sure what the time line is but seems odd they aren't scheduling you in yet.

I failed the one hour and passed my 3 hour. My results from the one hour were labelled high moderate and all three samples from the 3 hour were all low normal. When I asked my doctor about the difference in results she said the one hour had a high fail rate. Hope you pass with flying colors!

I too failed my 1hr and passed my 3hr. I stayed under 135 the whole test. Hope that happens to you!
