    I ate really well and only had one treat - a coffee drink yesterday while DH and I were on a date.  And I lost 3 pounds.  Happy with that for the first week! 

    Things to improve upon?
    I exercised 4 days last week and my goal is at least 5.  I'll work on that this week.

    Bonus:  Do you celebrate when you reach a goal?  How?
    It's been a long time since I've reached any kind of goal, haha.  I think in the past I've bought new clothes or running shoes, and I've also totally pigged out on junk food.  Whoops.  This time, I will buy a few new wardrobe pieces in whatever size I am when I feel like I'm at a healthy weight.

  • How was last week?  Victories?
    Last week was sort of a transition for me. I knew there were going to be a lot of opportunities to eat not-so-healthy food, and I pretty much decided that the true buckling down begins TODAY. So I'm currently eating my oatmeal with a banana.

    Things to improve upon?
    My biggest thing is going to be dietary changes. I need to severely cut down on my sugar intake and limit portions. Packing my lunch will be helpful too because I tend to overeat if I go out.

    Bonus:  Do you celebrate when you reach a goal?  How?
    I'm telling myself I can buy some new clothes in a month when I'm going to be near some outlets.

  • How was last week? Victories?
    It was okay. I did 30ds for three entire week besides slacking last night. I need to workout earlier so I don't feel so tired before I workout.

    I did lose the few pounds I gained from vacation but then I went over to my mom's and stuffed my face and I feel awful about it.

    Things to improve upon?
    I still need to build some upper body strength and work on cardio more.

    Bonus: Do you celebrate when you reach a goal? How?

    It use to be make something sweet but I'm going to change it a new piece of clothing or something.

  • How was last week?  Victories?
    I ran 2 miles each on Friday and Sunday.  I counted/tracked every point.  I did not buy anything at the bakery when I went yesterday.

    Things to improve upon?  Get better in social settings.  I didn't really need the 2 cookies and caramel corn I ate at a party Saturday night.

    Bonus:  Do you celebrate when you reach a goal?  How? Not unless it's major like 5+ pounds.

    This is me too. I packed breakfast and lunch today. I have plans for dinner at home. We should be good. Last week I did cut down on my booze and ate relatively healthy. The BBQ this weekend busted everything though - too many sweets, too much Sangria, just too much.

    I got on the scale this morning. I updated my MFP to reflect my current info and started tracking my calories. 

    I celebrate too much. My first goal will be celebrated with new workout gear. I need to purge some of my old clothes and figure out what I actually wear. That likely won't happen until late fall since I set my first goal for farther out than normal.

    I did not do well last week, but did okay this weekend. Also, I haven't had a Mt. Dew since Thursday. This is pretty big for me. I drank iced tea on Friday, but didn't even have that over the weekend. Hopefully I can keep it up.

     I need to step it up with my workouts. I did great for a little over a week and then my hip got pretty bad, so I took a couple days off and haven't started again yet. Hopefully AF doesn't show up this week, because my eating always goes to crap the first few days. A BFP should help keep me on the right track. Lol. 

    I would like to reward myself with a new outfit, so a ways away. I put paragraphs in, but my tablet sucks at that.

  • How was last week?     I didn't start the 30 day challenge like i wanted to.  I told myself I would today, but I can't really do anything until Dex goes to sleep.  I believe for my sanity I need to start this.  I'm worrying in my spare time, and I need to be more productive and cut out the stress.

    Victories?  
    I've been drinking water this week.   I feel like I could drink more, but I'm proud of what I have been drinking.  I'm going to grab a new water bottle the next time I go to the store.

    Things to improve upon?  Besides water intake I just need to improve on staying committed to the workout.  My new job starts Monday and I'm already wondering about starting the 30 day challenge because I'm afraid I won't commit to doing the workouts after work.  I just have to get my mind in the right place.

    Bonus:  Do you celebrate when you reach a goal?  How? I celebrate as I see progress. I might treat myself to a new piece of clothing.

  • I was on vacation last week. I had every intention of doing a small workout each day but I just never really had time. I tried to eat as well as I could but still let myself have some treats here and there. I think I did all right.

    I have to get back in to by workouts this week. I know I'll be sore after taking over a week off but I just have to suck it up and do it! I also need to focus on pushing more fluids.

    I celebrate by feeling good about myself? I don't know, I don't really have a set thing that I do, I just get really excited when I see another pound gone!

  • How was last week?  Victories? I did ok this past weekend.  Only ran once, but didn't totally destroy it by eating either.  I really didn't want to run on Saturday, but I made myself and in the end was glad I did.  I did interval running and challenged myself to get burn 300 calories and get 3 miles in as quickly as possible.  27 minutes and done; including warm up and cool down. 

    Things to improve upon? I need to get better about setting an exercise time and sticking to it.  Next week DH is gone, so I'll need to plan ahead in order exercise. 

    Bonus:  Do you celebrate when you reach a goal?  How? Nope, I don't celebrate. But I do try to hold myself accountable using the my fitness
    pal ap on my phone. I get a lot of satisfaction about tracking all of my calories in and exercise.

    This was me, too! All week last week I thought 'today is the day'... it was never the day. BUT I did it today-- I actually decided to go with the Catching Fire challenge... it kicked my ASS. Hopefully Dex lays down for you so you can get your workout in!!!

    I thought last week went well until Sunday, I started noticing a lot of swelling at my incision site and it's been quite painful/tender today :/ We were walking 2-3miles every day and playing at the park.

    Things to improve upon? 
    I'm not sure, I think my plan for not is to take the next few days easy and then try to make a plan to start in September.

    Bonus: Do you celebrate when you reach a goal? How?
    I usually have something as my 'prize' it depends what I really really want, but often it is an item for the kitchen or house I think that this time it will be clothing.

    No victories really last week.  I did work out every other day and I have stuck with the Heroine Training Physique plan on the Spitfire Athlete app for three weeks now.  I started my 8 week 10K training plan yesterday.
    Things to improve upon?
    Buying crap food at work and eating when under mental stress.  I am coming up on my last week of classes and birthdays.  Must stay away from the sweets.

    Bonus:  Do you celebrate when you reach a goal?  How?
    Wine and more wine.  I also like to buy new clothes.  New workout gear.  It is sad that my closet is full of expensive workout gear and really no real clothes.

  • @jessk86 I did it yesterday!  I LOVED that workout.  I didn't get to do the second video for the extra burn (I normally do both Lisa Maries AND Seans for the regular bodyrock videos) but I still think it was a great workout.  I'm ready for day 2 :)

    This is me. My closet has work attire and workout attire. I'm severely lacking the everyday normal wear.
