Why is my screen so messed up?

For some reason thebump is all screwy for me.

All those links and toolbars on the top of the screen are vertical instead of listed horizontal.  They come so far down they cover have of my entry screen so I can't even see what I'm typing.

but if I go check MM over on TN it looks fine.  It's just TB.  And it's all boards.
