Hello Ladies, sorry this is late! This weekend has been really busy!

This is the weekly check-in for TTCALers who are also dealing with infertility. If you'd like to join us please feel free to intro with your diagnosis and history. We've had a few extra challenges thrown at us, ladies. Come here for snuggles from people who get what you're dealing with. 

Fill us in, along with any other updates or vents you need to get out, TTCAL or NonTTCAL related.

If you get a BFP, please PM me and let me know. I try to lurk on PgAL often, but sometimes it’s tough. If we haven’t heard from you in a few weeks please come back in with an update; or are new and want to join please post a brief intro with your DX and current/future treatment plans an  I’ll add you to next week’s check in!  

@beckynsean11 I'm so glad you are happy with your counselor so far! I hope it is an amazing experience for you! How did your follie scan go on Friday?

@Frenchteachermama   How are the shots going??? I hope everything went amazing with your baseline and you have been OK doing the shots while YH was away. When is your next appt? 

@ky29   FX so tight for you as you ease into the 2ww hun!! I hope you have been feeling better. 

@Lesliem0901 Did you start the Etrace? FX it is treating you well. How have you been feeling with everything otherwise?

@MBJune   FX for a great follie check tomorrow so that your IUI can be scheduled this week!

@O2girl    I hope you are officially done lupron now! How have you been feeling hun? I hope that as the lupron eases up you start feeling more and more like yourself. 

@Rachaeleigh  How did your follies respond to the lower dose of follitism? Have you had your IUI yet? 

@RedheadRunning How is the 2WW treating you? How many days post IUI are you? Have you POAS yet? Hopefully you have found great ways to distract yourself.

Morning Ladies!!

We are currently on our last day of holidays so I think we will go to the beach to enjoy it.

On a TTC front I am 9DPO, I will probably test at 12DPO; being on holidays during the 2WW was really nice for a change it flew by.

Good morning @TVLily‌! I'm glad to hear that you're having a nice vacation. Fx so hard for you!

My follie scan wasn't fantastic. I had a whopping 1 20mm follie & that's it. My estrogen wasn't wonderful, but they said it was close to where it should be. I dunno, I'm all triggered & IUI #4 is tomorrow morning. I'm not holding out much hope for this cycle. We'll take a break next cycle & probably move on to injects after that.

Sorry that you didn't respond like you hoped. All you need is one though! Keeping everything crossed for a great IUI tomorrow.

Hi ladies, this will be a post and run because I'm at work

On Friday, I had one 17mm and two 16mm, so I did a small dose of follistim Friday and triggered last night. IUI#3 is tomorrow morning!

My follicle scan is tomorrow and I am hoping for some good results. Last cycle I only had one follicle at 14mm. They always have a really hard time finding my left ovary so hopefully it decides to come to the party this time! IUI will probably be Thursday or Friday.

ETA: I missed the question... I am a Certified Optometric Assistant, meaning I do all of the other work except the actual eye exams

Hi ladies!!

Sorry for the post and run too, my mom is visiting and I haven't had much time to be on the bump!

Everything is going well so far.  I've been doing all of the shots myself since DH is out of town until tonight.  I go in for an E2 check tomorrow to make sure my body is responding the way it should to the Gonal F.  I'll let you ladies know how things look tomorrow!

QOTW:  I have been a high school French teacher for 12 years now!  This fall I am going back for my PhD in teaching and curriculum, very nervous but excited!!

In the 2WW now..  hopefully my last 2ww before IVF!  I finally got my IVF class scheduled - it's next Monday.  The RE ok'd me to get my E2 tested on CD2 before my IVF cycle in the hopes that it will be normal.  It may be silly, but I've researched estrogen lowering foods & will be adding some of those into my diet.  Who knows if it will work, but why not try?

QOTW:  I work for a mortgage company.  My title is 'secondary marketing coordinator'.  Basically I determine what the interest rate will be for your mortgage.

AFM, I spent a week over on PGAL, but my betas never doubled. I have more blood work on Wednesday. Me RE is out of the office, but will be back on Wednesday, hopefully I can talk to her and find out that is the next step.

So glad everything is going well so far with your injects. Definitly keep us updated after your scan tomorrow, fx everything is on track!! I'm glad YH is home today.

Fx for you this cycle Hun! But I'm glad if it doesn't your RE will rerun your E2 CD2. Fx it is back to normal, but everything crossed you won't even need it tested.

The Estrace is making me quite emotional. I cry at the drop of the dime. But other than that, all is well. Just waiting for AF.

QOTW: I am a director of a PMO at an advertising agency. I just found out my boss quit, and I'm going into my busiest season. Very crappy timing as I do not need additional stress preparing for IVF...

I'm so sorry you have felt so emotional. I hope your body adjusts and it gets better soon.

That sucks about your boss, I hope they rehire someone quickly to take done of the added stress and pressure off you.
