It's nearly 7pm on a Saturday. I've showered, brushed my teeth, and am wearing clothes that so far do not sport any milk stains.  My ass is pained from sitting in the spot on the sofa, since God knows when.  A girl has got to get out, with the baby.  Where do you all go when the four walls start caving in?

Ooooh bakery.  Not open at 7pm on Saturday, but good to keep in my mind for next week.  My genius DH just suggested that we go the drive-in movies.  I love that man! I'm excited!

LO has seriously been to Target more than anywhere else in his life. BRU is second followed by Old Navy. I also have girlfriends with babies, and going to their houses has been fun.

We walk. And those walks frequently include a stop at Starbucks or this local coffee and pie shop. I have taken them other places but if I can't walk to it that's normally more of a PITA than anything. Especially driving to the library, which makes me sad.

There's a state park nearby that's great for stroller walks. My mom also lives a few miles down the road so that's my other top spot!

We usually go to Target, even just for one thing. Yesterday, for example, it was Tucks pads Those were the most expensive Tucks pads ever, $75 later!

In addition to what everyone else said, sometimes I just drive around. He will fall asleep in the car, I'll hit up the drive thru starbucks and just drive. Sometimes I'll park by the beach and just enjoy the view (staying in the car while he snoozes).

When my mom was really sick and in the hospital, there was a 24 hour walmart close by. I would go there after I left her around 11 pm because I knew I could just wander around there and I wasn't going to be able to sleep. I bought so much random shit.

It's usually target or bru, but if I'm to lazy to drive that far, I usually just wear her and walk around the block.

Chain restaurants or a diner on a Friday or Saturday night because can lot of the local places are too small/not equipped for a stroller or car seat and we really haven't worn her to eat somewhere yet.

Earlier in the day yesterday we went with friends to the beer garden. Yay for babies and beer.

If I'm going out alone I'll either hit up a department store (Walmart, target etc), the library, get coffee or sometimes just drive down random back roads.

If if it DH and I either with or without baby, we are normally out getting dinner or running errands. I am pretty sure we used to be more fun...but really we would both rather just watch netflix in bed without a screaming baby in my arms than go out somewhere most nights.

Out for a walk always helps!  If we are actually leaving in the car, it's usually to the grocery store--where I don't feel any sort of guilt for spending money.

Also, I realize I've been completely MIA for MONTHS!  Life is crazy now that we have two kids.  Now that I'm back to work, I finally have some moments to get on here and read!

Target, grocery stores, and Joann Fabrics. I'm a big couponer so that's what I've been occupying much of my time with. And I have an Etsy shop as a hobby so I'm always shopping around for fabric. My DH kicks me out of the house on the weekends for at least an hour a day so I can have some 'me' time. I'm very grateful. But if I go out with LO I am definitely more organized with my shopping, get in and get out!
