abdomoninal and back pain

I had been having a lot of braxton hicks contractions yesterday evening and lower abdominal and back pain. This morning I haven't been having the contractions but do have lower back and abdominal pain. Its more like feels really sore, hurts to stand or walk. Sitting isn't so great either. I don't know if this is just from the baby getting bigger or what. I called the dr they are supposed to be calling me back. Anyone else experiencing this? It seems every pregnancy symptom can be something serious (preterm labor) OR just totally normal pregnancy symptom.

Yeah I'm sure that's what it is. It's hard to take it easy when you are chasing a 3 year old around

I am 29 weeks and my hips and back have been hurting and Tylenol is doing nothing lol I think we are just in that last stretch of this thing called pregnancy. .im a FTM so I may not know better but im trying to stay positive..even tho I have taken like 10 cat naps at work today bc I got no sleep last night due to hip pain

I'm a STM and I can tell you it sounds totally normal. As soon as 3rd tri hit back and hip pain came. I basically describe the third tri as the point where it's uncomfortable to sit, stand and lay down. Counting down the weeks....
