I wanted to ask this here, bc on my birth month board, they are ok with eating anything (I'm not, I was told not to eat eat deli meat). I was wondering what your thoughts were on albacore tuna salad made at the Kroger (grocery) deli? I'm craving it. Would it be safe, or would I have to worry about germs/Listeria or is tuna a no no completely because of mercury?

Not sure if you should trust me, though. I still eat the occasional turkey sandwich.
And I had a tuna melt for lunch :-)

But making your own should be fine. My OB gave me a point sheet for fish products and how many points I can have in a month. It is really helpful.
I've been staying away from deli meat. I want some Jimmy John's after this baby is born
I've been super careful, this is my 10,000 dollar baby lol.
