For those of you that had plaster molds done of your angel's hands and feet at the hospital, do you display them? And if so, did you keep them white or did you decorate or paint them at all? We're working on our son's remembrance wall in our bedroom and I can't decide if we should paint the plaster molds or just hang them as they are, all white. Hoping to maybe get an idea if you did something special. TIA for sharing.

Re: Plaster Molds
Mine are tucked in out back room. I'm terrified of displaying them because they are so fragile. One of them broke partially in the hospital. We only have two foot molds. I thought about putting them in a shadowbox to keep a little safer.
I'd probaby leave them white if I were you. Just in case the paint didn't turn out how you wanted.

Ours are white. We've considered putting them in a shadow box, or having a secure display case made for them to keep them safe and still display them. But we'll leave them white, I'd hate to paint them and then not like it. Too much of a risk.
I have been meaning to look into whether they need any sort of protective coating tho, to keep them from drying out.
