Dreamfeed

I'm starting to put LO to bed a bit earlier, but last night she was up an hour into MY sleep. I'm wondering if a Dreamfeed might be a good option for us, but she's 15.5 weeks and I've never done it. Anyone else do one? Does baby wake up? Do they eat if they haven't woken for it? I'm afraid of what could happen but like the idea of stretching my first part of sleep a little later into the evening.

(She was up 3 times but slept 8:30-8. Not sure if I love that or hate it)

I do it all the time. Sometimes she wakes, other times she doesn't, but she always goes right back to sleep when she's done.
