Another movement thread

So I'm a second time mom and nearly 19 weeks pregnant. I don't think I've felt baby move yet. I've felt sensations similar to when my son moved, but they are too high in my abdomen to be baby.

I had an u/s at 16 weeks to check cervical length and she checked the sex. She did not mention anything about an anterior placenta.

I do feel pressure in the uterine region frequently. Like baby girl is pushing against the walls of the uterus as opposed to kicking or jabbing. I don't think this explanation makes sense when you think about the size of baby versus the size of the uterus now.

Anyone else in this boat? I know it's normal not to feel movement yet (I've repeated this advice to others on here,) but as a STM, I thought I was supposed to feel her sooner.

I'm coming up on 17 weeks, STM and I haven't felt her/him yet. Ultrasound still coming up, so I don't know anything about placenta placement. Guess I'll just keep waiting...

I'm 17 weeks (18 tomorrow) and although I think I've felt some movement it hasn't been definitive enough got me to really be sure. I'm a 4th time mom and I really feel like I should have felt something. I just had an OB appointment tuesday and all is well. Doc found the heartbeat without too much trouble and said the baby is positioned "right in the middle" I too feel something too high in the abdomen and a lot of pressure. The 5 weeks (doc was away at 4wk) in between my last two appointments really killed me because I kept thinking "why isn't this baby moving yet??"

I'm a STM, 17 weeks, and I don't think I've felt her move either. Like you, I've felt little flutters, but I don't think that's the baby. My u/s is next week, so we'll see what they say....

I'm a STM and 16 w. I've felt a few odd sensations in the last few days, like something rubbing from the inside. Not a jab or a kick.

I am a FTM and no movement on my end...I am waiting and I sit in bed at night hoping for something...at alas nothing. With me being a FTM I may just not be able to tell its happening.

I thought I felt movement a couple of weeks ago, but now nothing. It has started to freak me out. But I am hoping it's just bc I'm a FTM.

FTM here and Ive been feeling pressure in the uterus, not tickles and bubbles.  Was told I had an anterior placenta yesterday which could explain the lack of feeling kicks.  But also noticed feeling pressure while watching the baby stretch on the monitor.  So im going with that as a sign of baby movement.
