Uh, 13 out of 16 but I feel like I should have read it more carefully. I think if I had I would have gotten 15/16. Still would have missed one

I got them all, but I think the affect/effect one was worded strangely and it would be easy to pick either depending on how you interpret the sentence.

15/16!  I would have gotten them all, but I read the "doze"/"dose" questions for grammar, not spelling. Still not bad for a dyslexic mess.   

ETA: @utpony : My 10th grade English teacher informed me that in her 30 years of teaching I was the worst speller she'd ever seen, but she said it with love.
